You want a carving or an icon. You've got a vague idea how it should look like. You e-mail me and tell me about it. I mail you back with a few ideas of my own. You mail me to tell me if you like them. I mail......; you get the picture. We keep mailing each other back and forth until everything is defined: it's appearance, size, price, approximate delivery period, etc.

Once we know all about it I make it and then we barter: you send me the money and I send you your order. If it's something bigger (takes more than 50 hours of work) you first send me half of the estimated sum to inspire me to start actual work. I keep you posted about the progress. When it's done you send me the rest of the money and I send you the item.

I charge 15 $ per one hour of work; expenses are included, except for shipping. There's a special discount for the Church (we'll negotiate it directly).

That's how I've planned it. If you know of a better way, don't be too lazy to tell me about it.
